One of our clients: an International Global Sourcing Company is urgently looking for Senior QA Engineer/ QA Lead in Novi Sad
Responsibilities:
• Improving the testing processes and procedures, documentation, tools, and software test methodologies required to validate the application;
• Managing and execution of different test types (functional test, load test, stress test, regression test, etc.);
• Creation of detailed and accurate test plans, test cases (including automated tests) and test scripts;
• Usage of test tools to increase effectiveness of the testing processes, reducing the costs of testing, and increasing quality at the same time;
• Management of the test team;
• Technical specifications reviews and providing input on behalf of Quality Assurance team;
• Executing manual test scripts as needed;
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer;
• University degree in Engineering or Computer Science/ Informatics;
• Good knowledge in business-driven, risk-based methodology (TMap Next preferably);
• Strong technical knowledge of testing methodologies, design and implementation;
• Experience with Selenium, Java and/or .Net is recommended
• Working experience with client-server and web architectures;
• Communicative and pro-active person with good level of English
• Ability to meet deadlines when it is necessary;
• Self organized and motivated person, open to travel on business trips in EU when it is necessary.
