Support Specialists with GERMAN language
Job responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to customers in regards to the company\'s hardware and software products
- To identify customer issues and to find the best solutions to them on time
- To achieve personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
- To establish a long-term customer relation and business continuity
Job requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of German language
- Very good command of English language
- IT Background or relevant IT education is required
- Professional experience in customer service environment would be an advantage
- Dynamic person, eager to learn new technologies
- Customer oriented person with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Desire to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
