Your main responsibilities will include:


 Remote administration and maintenance of CISCO switches and routers for large networks.
 Customer management (receiving inbound calls)
 Pro-active network management (network alert monitoring)
 Problem Isolation (troubleshooting)
 Escalation management
 Analyzing network problems
 Complex configurations of routers and switches




Nobody is perfect, But the ideal candidate has:


 At least 1 year practical knowledge of CISCO switches and routers configuration
 At least CCNA certificate
 Knowledge of troubleshooting
 English language on communicative level + 1 of the above stated languages (fluent)
